- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount when more the one item is purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by getting to know what the customer wants. Then we schedule an appointment and I come by and we talk some more about any problems that could occur and the different products that I offer. then I measure the job and get back to them with the estimate. if they like they estimate then we schedule the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned this industry form the older installers/ I have listened to what they say and applied the principles. I also go back on a lot of repairs so I see what creates failures and then make sure to not recreate them on my own installs.
