- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our prices to what we would want to pay. Customers first. All of our parts are A+ Rated quality from our Distributor in Southlake, Texas. All repairs include a Lifetime Warranty. IT Done Right has a newly introduced Refer-A-Friend Loyalty Program. Current customers who refer a friend to us will receive a $5 Discount on future services and purchases for each referred customer! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally ask for the customers name, number and email so we can properly contact and update them regarding a service they are interested in or are receiving. We are also currently implementing a new Client-Portal where customers may log in to view the progress of their devices repair all in real time! No more pulling your hair out, wondering when your device is going to be ready. Once your repair has been completed you will receive an automated text message and email informing you your device is ready for pickup!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Network Engineering and Cyber Security at PC Age Career Institute located in Edison, NJ from 2014-2015. I have completed my A+, Network+, Windows Server, and Windows 7 certificates from CompTIA. I have over 4 Years of professional experience in General Repairs for a variety of devices including iPhones, Androids, Laptops, Desktops, Xbox and PlayStation Devices as well.
