- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum price is $99, with various circumstances adding to the cost. Occasionally I'll offer specials through Thumbtack and I'll always make sure you get a fair price and know up front what you will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll set up a meeting at a convenient location for us both and go over what exactly you need and want. I then type that up into an attestation agreement, which is the contract that establishes exactly what I'm providing to you and at what cost. We go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in Accounting, IRS Enrolled Agent, and 6 years of experience in Financial Management
