In October 2015, Chad came to my house and we collaborated a bit on a design for a shop/apt. We exchanged a few emails and I was waiting on him sending me the design. He never contacted me back and it's May the following year (I gave plenty of time)! Even if he was too busy at the time or didn't want to do the project, he could at least have called me (or at least send me an email) but leaving me and my husband hanging with NO contact is just wrong and not businesslike. I would have understood if my project was too small or complicated.
