FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward. For vacant homes it is based on the size of the home and the amount of the home you would like staged. For example, our most popular vacant home packages are the copper and bronze, the copper includes rental, delivery and professional placement of furniture and accessories in the living room, dining room and kitchen counters and is $599/mo for up to 1,999 square feet and then $199/mo each month after the first. Our bronze package includes rental, delivery and professional placement of furniture and accessories in the living room, dining room, kitchen counters, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom and is $899/mo and $399/mo after the first. Check our website for more packages and prices. For occupied homes, our basic level includes a pre-market evaluation of the home and a recommendation report. Our next level includes the pre-market evaluation as well as a second visit to physically stage the home for photographs. We ensure the previous recommendations are complete and prepare each area to be photographed. We also offer a third level which includes the rental of a few accessories to be used for the duration of the listing. This is great for a home that needs a small amount of updating or brightening. 1-Step Consult - $200 flat fee *Includes pre-market evaluation of the home and a recommendation report 2-Step Consult - $400 flat fee *1-Step plus a 2nd visit in conjunction with photographer or just before the home goes on the market for hands on staging 3-Step Consult - $500 flat fee +$100 per month after first month accessory rental *2-Step plus monthly rental of accessories such as wall art, small tables, and tabletop decor for the duration of the listing. We can also modify any of the above options, so please call or email us for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When staging a vacant home, we provide all the furnishings and accessories for the number of rooms selected. When working with an occupied property we offer multiple options ranging from a designer coming out and making suggestions of items to be done and helping with furniture placement to multi-step consults where we follow up and make sure the home is ready for photographs.
