Excellent customer service. Jim came over the day after I submitted the request. He was very professional and did an extremely thorough inspection. He never tried to sell unnecessary services, in fact, after the inspection, he was sure there was no need to even test, I insisted for peace of mind, he was right, there was no need. It is hard to find honest people in any industry but Jim was clearly very trustworthy and had excellent customer service. I had the test results within 24 hours of the samples being taken. If you need these services, I highly recommend Colorado Mold Services.

When you learn mold is in your home it is very stressful. I spoke with David in the evening and he was quick to have someone come to my house the very next day to evaluate the situation. David went over the results of the mold test very thoroughly and helped me to understand the remediation process. Within in three days the remediation was completed and my home was mold free. My experience with Colorado Mold Services was excellent and their professionalism very appreciated.
