Introduction: I have been a massage therapist and nail technician for over ten years. I am a certified neuromuscular therapist, meaning I have experience working with injuries and deep muscle pain. I worked as a massage therapist and nail technician at a high end resort for ten years before I decided I could help more people in private practice. Cleanliness and luxury are my top priorities.
When people leave my office in less pain than they came in with, or relaxed and distressed, that is the best part about what I do.

I’ve had a lot of massages (due to migraine headaches and neck/shoulder tension) at some of the best spas in the world, but I can honestly say that the very massages are the ones that I’ve had from Debra Forman. In fact, her massages are truly the very best ones that I’ve ever experienced with anyone, anywhere. Debra has a gift of loving, healing hands and also deeply cares about her clients.
Prior to beginning a massage session, she always asks about my specific needs and she really listens to my concerns. Debra then effectively communicates her “plan of action” by thoughtfully explaining what she plans to do during the massage that will best alleviate my pain (or simply provide total relaxation and stress-relief, if that is what I’ve asked for). Debra evokes compassion and care with every massage stroke, literally melting my pain and stress away. She also stays “in” the session and makes sure that the pressure she’s using feels good and that I’m comfortable in all ways.
As a busy mom of a little boy, after a session with Debra, I truly feel like I’m a better, more relaxed mama. I always fall asleep during Debra’s massages (which is incredible, since I’m not a person who can fall asleep easily). With each stroke, I’m relaxed and feel beautifully pampered, while letting go of my cares and stress. I simply drift off into a peaceful, pain-free sleep, while Debra works her magic! I highly recommend Debra, as her communication, her passion for healing, her highly-beneficial massage therapy skills and her gracious compassion for people truly make for a an amazing therapeutic massage experience.
