FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system generally most items start at the base price and work their way up based on complication that's why I like to do in home estimates instead of just reading about it and trying to guess.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
what typical process is generally speaking to them first and figuring out if they are realistic about their project because I would rather not waste their time or my own. after speaking with them and getting a good foundation I will generally ask them about an in-home estimate at this point I will go into the home do measurements talk to them about their project and advise them of a general idea of what their budget will have to be. if they're serious after this point I will then put together a formal quote and submit that to them. if they choose to move forward with my company I will meet with them again usually a contract in hand or a final walk-through to ensure we are on the same page have the contract signed take a deposit and give them a good start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing painting, drywall, baseboards for years and I have a certification and project management and general contracting.
