I really enjoy looking at different houses, their layouts and architecture. I also really enjoy helping my customers have an idea of what is going on with their home, or potential home before making decisions.

As a first time home buyer, Mr. Renner and staff guided me through the process when it came down through my home inspection. He went over throughly with paperwork and explained to me any questions I had in regards my home inspection. Mr. Renner ensured that he took his time with in his reports and provided a good turn around to make the relators deadlines. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $350 for up to 3500 square feet, and $450 from 3500 up to 4500 square feet, $550 for any home above that. There are discounts available, including military, and if you choose to hire us through Thumbtack.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Home Inspector through Allied Business Schools. Continuing Education through InterNACHI, 5 years as atrained Government Facility Manager, 3 years in home and commercial construction.
