FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No real standard price, since I am a solo act I don't have the typical overhead that a bigger company would have that they as a company have to factor into every estimate, insurance is really the one thing I factor in to each job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening, go and listen, and give input when needed, other than that most customers know what they want and how they want it, first impression is everything and the sensitivity can be high at times initially, but if they feel that you are there for them, and answer any unknowns that might help them better understand along with listening, it works well and my customers are very important, got to treat them like family and not just a client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The beauty of this line of work as far as education is to be out in the field and doing it, repetitions, practice practice, then do it all over again, also your ambition to excel in whatever you put your mind towards is condusive to broadening you skill base, no class room can ever reach what the field can't except for code, and any underlying requirement for certain applications. I am in training and getting education each time I step on a job, and ensure I become better as each day passes
