Introduction: It is my mission to serve you on your journey to successfully transition through traumatic and significant life changes. I help you do this in the privacy of your own home via video or phone. I have more than 500 hours of hypnosis training. I am a board-certified medical support clinical hypnotherapist. I bring to my practice more than twenty years of successful corporate coaching, training, and leadership experience. I am passionate about helping people learn, grow, and heal. I have experienced many ups and downs throughout life including the death of my daughter, I was fired from one job and laid off from another, I divorced and remarried and so many more experiences that have allowed me to continue to transform, grow and heal myself. Hypnosis is the most powerful tool available for personal change. I have learned how to make significant and traumatic transitions less painful and more productive. Now, I want to share this beautiful process with others who want to transform and make a positive lasting difference.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and reasonable but may not be the lowest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a 20 minute free and confidential consultation to see if we are a good fit for working together and you decide if hypnosis is the right process/tool for you at this time. If I am not the best fit for you, I will help you find another professional hypnotherapist or licensed counselor. When you decide to work with me, we will do a more formal interview and intake paperwork. I use informed consent and am hippa compliant.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a BA in Organization Development from Regis University. I have received over 400 hrs of hypnosis training including 100 hrs of medical support-clinical hypnotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America. Additionally, I attended many coach and leadership development training classes over the last two decades: Association for Talent Development - Coaching Certificate The Inside-Out Advantage Certified Leadership Development Trainer - Achieve Global
