- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to offer smart, quality Plans of Action to our clients. Every client is unique so we aren't able to bundle specific services until we learn more about your ventures and objectives. We bundle packages that range from $2k-$20k, which depends on your business needs. Should you require us to travel to you, the fee starts at $320 per day including travel days. All traveling costs and accommodations for a Cosmo Consultant to travel will be paid by the client in advance to include an agreement to pay and contract. Costs may increase in price if we are doing a complete over haul of your business operations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, our initial contact is through Thumbtack when you contact Cosmo Group after we submit an estimated quote. I want to hear as much as you want to tell me. Next, we schedule a phone consultation to hear your words and thoughts. While we do work with a sense of purpose, the initial communication will be me learning more about you, your vision, goals, and all your thoughts. Then, Cosmo Group conducts a micro brainstorming session where we ask you a series of questions. These questions aren't predetermined. These questions will be based on our initial contact through Thumbtack and our phone consultation. Finally, Cosmo Group compiles the information discussed during the phone consultation into a document outlining our discussion to determine if we're a good fit for your intentions.
