- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Recordings UNDER 1 hour I charge .75 cents a minute. Recordings OVER 1 hour I charge $50 for the first hour and .35 cents for every minute after the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty simple. Send me a request with the length of your recording and I will quote a price and time frame for completion for you which, will be sent to you via email through Square. Once your payment has been made I will request that you send me your audio file and the template you wish for me to use. If you do not have a template you will get a generic template from me with your transcription. Please specify whether you want verbatim or summarized transcripts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a paralegal certification through the United States Army and over 5 years experience in a criminal law office setting that required heavy summarized transcription responsibilities.
