Joanna found the perfect balance between fun and disciplined practice for my daughter. She motivated her by finding music that appealed to my daughter’s taste and mixing those selections with more traditional ones. My daughter learned quickly and improved dramatically over her years of study with Joanna

Great piano teacher! She got our two kids started and they're still at it. Joanna has a real knack for working with little ones, motivating them with music they like and making the learning fun. But at the recitals we saw her older students shine -- she clearly has an ability to work with a variety of students at all ages.

She is an excellent piano teach for three of our kids. She made it enjoyable, fun and they all did extremely well.

Joanna is a wonderful pianist, presented me with music material to work on, and excellent instruction. Always prompt and courteous and I liked her as a piano teacher.
