- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not currently accept insurance, but I want to make my services available to you. I have a sliding fee scale that you are welcome to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any immediate questions via phone or email; send paperwork to be filled out in advance or in session; schedule an intake appointment to evaluate the problem and begin to develop goals.
