Momma's Custom Catering

Introduction: Momma's Custom Catering is not like most traditional catering services. With us you can select any combination of items from many different cultures to make your meal stand out even more. You could have a Mexican entree, with an Asian side dish, and an Italian appetizer if you'd like. Our menu is completely customizable. Even more than that, the items featured on our menu are ones that have been perfected over decades of them being served to my family for dinners and for special events. Growing up, I always watched as Momma would be preparing dinner in the kitchen. Chopping, dicing, stirring, baking, frying, and sauteing everything to perfection. Eventually this turned into me helping, and learning how to make these delicious recipes. From there it turned into me making these dishes for Momma and the rest of the family. It was in these moments that a passion for cooking was created. My menu features some of Momma's favorite and most delectable dishes. Each dish is prepared with the best ingredients possible, and provides savory options that have been crafted over the years I've spent making these items for my own family. While you are sure to recognize familiar dishes, you are certain to experience unique new flavors and combinations prepared with the utmost attention to detail and care the same way Momma used to. Everything that I do is the result of a lifetime of watching, learning, preparing, and loving these incredible dishes. I have personal memories of each item on my menu, and of time spent with my family making memories together.
