FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is completely developed on an ala' carte basis, based on which items you chose and what quantities you have chosen. In our initial correspondence, we will send a digital copy of our menu, along with our service contract so you can see additional fees which may be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we need to know is the basic Who, What, When, Where, and Why of your event. Who are you, what service would you like, when would you like this service, where is this service set to take place, and why are you doing this (wedding, graduation party, etc.). Once we have this info we will send a copy of our menu, and service contract so you can review which items you would like, as well as the specific terms we operate under.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is a home, and professionally trained chef. He learned his love for cooking from his mother, and was a former chef for a Mexican restaurant, where he learned to handle large quantities of orders, and a timely cooking process.
