- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working as your buyers agent, we do not charge a fee. The fee for our services as your buyers agent will be paid for by the listing agent. As your listing agent as no two homes are a like, we will work on a customized marketing plan for a fee that is fair and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our new clients in person. You want to get to know us, we want to know you personally so we can serve your home search or sell in the best and most professional manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team education and training is extensive. We find that training benefits our clients with our up to-date knowledge of the current market, real estate laws, marketing strategy, military relocation, and much more.
