I had a handy man attempt to fix my dishwasher and after several attempts it was still not right. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?An affordable diagnostic fee of $60 will be charged for our visit, but this charge will be dropped if you decide to have your appliance fixed by us. This is the best appliance repair rate in Colorado Springs! Your total repair-service charge will consist of $70 plus the cost of any needed part. Your repairman is paid what he/she earns on your service call: we are not charging you to help pay for other employees behind the scenes. We won't mark-up needed replacement parts to their retail price. We get a discount on parts and can pass those savings on to you! We are committed to five fundamental values: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, and responsibility.

Obtain information: brand, model number (VERY IMPORTANT! needed to: determine price and availability of possible parts, formulate a diagnostic/repair plan ahead of time, contemplate repair nuances between different makes/models.) 4. Give cost projection. 5. Establish an appointment day/time. 6. Ask for residence address.
