Introduction: As a former mortgage banker of 11.5 years, and performing closings since 2009, I am uniquely qualified to identify documentation errors before a scheduled closing occurs and work with title companies/scheduling companies/L.O. to fix prior to closing so that rescheduled signings can be avoided. I endeavor to ensure the borrowers have a positive experience at closing and help title companies and lenders know their customer's final experience of the process will be strongly positive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, I have a flat fee for El Paso county Colorado of $100 for refinance signings and purchase signings. Some outer areas of El Paso county will require a higher fee on a case by case basis. All other counties are negotiable.
