- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our work is $85/hr with a 2-hour minimum. We can send you proposals for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call our customers and ask them questions about their scope of work to get clarity on the project. It usually only takes about 15-30 minutes, and once all of our questions are answered, we start working on their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12+ years of experience in IT & Website Design. I am certified by Google, Microsoft, and CompTIA.
