Ashley is a great personal trainer. She gave me fun and engaging exercises that I've never done with any other trainer before. Ashley Burgess is the best personal trainer I know. HANDS DOWN! She makes sure that she gives you the most beneficial workout while still making you feel comfortable. She also encourages you to keep going, which I love! She so well educated in what she does so after every workout, I ALWAYS walk away learning something new.

Ashley asked me what my goals were, she gave me a plan that I felt I could achieve. I stuck to it and lost 10 lbs. Overall, I’ve changed my eating habits and look forward to being active everyday. Ashley is such an inspiration!
