- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $60 per hour for a team of two maids. This price includes all green cleaning supplies needed. As well as the peace of mind they've hire a fully insured and bonded company. We do have loyalty DISCOUNT for our recurring clients. -$55/hr for Bi-Weekly Service (every other week) -$50/hr for Weekly Service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to understand your goals and budget before arriving to clean. This helps us determine the right amount of time for your home. We are happy to do this by email or phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a member on Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI). We attend there conference every year to keep with the industry standers. They also provide industry related training throughout the year. All of our employees go though a month long training program. They learn our green cleaning standard and important health & safety processes.
