Shelby and Nikki have come to my house for the last three times or more and they are great....efficient, personable and committed. Hope they are able to continue....it is a blessing to have my house cleaned by them.

There was not coordination of what items were to be cleaned between them. exp-ceiling fans in one room, not another, still with long dust strings still hanging from blades. Ceiling vents not all cleaned. Inside of windows only done in one window. Now, there were still many items in the house, however, even the open areas were not cleaned. The fireplace faces were not touched. Floor dirt still in corners and along edges of rooms. There weren't doing badly until after the quality control person left, then they were very slow.
I had to hire another cleaner to redo the house, as the Open House was to be the coming weekend. This cost $250. I can send you an itemized list of what the second person, by herself in 3 hours, had to redo. I was very disappointed in your service, especially at $350. I would like a response and consideration for refund.
