- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different and the amount of work and skill required can vary greatly depending on the facts and legal issues involved. We have a schedule of minimum fees depending on the severity and/or type of charge in a criminal case. Often we cannot estimate the total costs of a case until we are well into a case and discover the number of witnesses, the extent of the any expert testimony, necessary research, etc. We handle injury cases on a contingent fee basis, as is standard in the profession. Other types of litigation (business/contract, etc) are generally handled at an hourly rate of $250-$500, depending on which lawyer in the law firm is hired and the complexity of the work to be done.
