- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I started as a part time, freelancing resume writer and have now morphed into a full-time business, I have solidified pricing and that can be found on our website. If you're a student, new graduate, or veteran book a custom consultation and get a 20% discount on all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of it depends on what you want and what package you buy. You can always book a custom consultation if you're not sure what you're looking for at the Get Started Page on our website. Resumes and LinkedIn profiles require a questionnaire to be completed. You can then expect your first drafts to be completed within 72 business hours which we will go over via phone/Zoom call. The full Personal Branding Package (Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn) comes with a 30 minute consultation ahead of time along with at first draft and upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years of working in the recruiting field has made me an expert on knowing what businesses are looking for when they hire employees. My initial training was at the country's largest privately held staffing firm, where I quickly advanced from Recruiter Trainee to Senior Recruiter to Account Manager. I won the 2008 Southeast Regional Recruiting Contest in just my second quarter as a Recruiter. I successfully placed candidates in every major division of the company, which spanned six industries: Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Scientific, and Environmental. From there I moved on to do economic development work with some different workforce and economic issue non-profits in South Carolina that eventually led me to my current employer, a Professional Staffing, Executive Search, and HR Consulting firm.
