- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I expect nothing but high performance and 100% customer satisfaction with my work. every job I do the customer knows exactly the amount the repair will be before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my work process is very simple. when a customer contacts me with an issue with their Appliance I give them my availability of time to come at their convenience to assess the situation with their Appliance. as always, I am very upfront about my service call fee and I will give an exact estimate for the cost of repairs before any work is done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
because of the length of time that I have been in the appliance industry it has changed greatly over the years. manufacturers such as Whirlpool Frigidaire GE and others offer training classes via the website or webinars and host seminars regionally for technicians to attend to be updated are the newest equipment that has been produced. it is an absolute must to work with the manufacturers and attend their seminars and webinars. I find it very helpful
