FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think my fees are very competitive being that most of the time bands or DJ fees are upwards of 700 to a grand. And that's on a lower budgeted side of things. Bands like mine are often underpaid when you consider the practice time, load in, load out, and travel. But, we love what we do and we make a lot of folks happy but staying reasonable on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer speaking with them on the phone if at all possible so I can take notes on what they really want and remember to include them on the day of the event/performance. It also helps the customer and myself understand exactly what they are getting and negotiate my fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been singing pretty much all of my life. My family is very musical. After moving to the Carolina's from Upstate NY, I became more involved in music and ended up joining the band which has been a huge blessing to me . We have a great group and work so well together. That can be hard to find from what other bands have shared with me.
