We have had Mark Daffin do several projects. Mark is very thorough in explaining exactly what must be done, gives quotes in a timely manner, and does the work when he says he is going to do it. He has replaced a 6-ft wooden fence including two 6-ft gates, pressure washed and stained that fence and the 30-ft. wooden fence on the other side of the house, installed a carport attached to the house (commercial grade with gutters and downspouts), and pressure washed our driveway and part of the house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every job is unique. Pricing will be determined on a project by project basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted I will call the person needing help and based upon the needs of the project I will either give a rough estimate over the phone or (and this is my preferred way!) I will set up an appointment time with the potential customer so I can view the project myself to make sure I have all the info needed to provide an accurate and detailed quote. I will then put the quote in writing in order to give the customer time to review and get back with me so I can answer any questions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
ALL TYPES! Realtors, private home owners, family, and I have built special gift items as well! I have also successfully flipped several homes!
