- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel Fee, includes but not limited to; $3.00 per mile. (traveling to and from worksite) We are labor only moving services, therefore we cannot operate trucks of any of kind. Visit our website for more details. (Potential Clients are encouraged to employ their own means to secure a truck/equipment for their worksite.) Released Valuation coverage applies to all** House Hold Goods services we provide. ($.60 per pound x total weight of damaged property.) **Pure Heart Movers is not responsible for damages caused to items in boxes we did not pack. **Pure Heart Movers does not apply Released Valuation coverage on load-only or unload-only work orders. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what I am being told to do and make it happen. Never a set model as EVERYONE is different in terms of availability, irritability, patience and so forth. We are experts in managing all the different customer types when it comes to our industry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years experience in House Hold Goods moving, Full - service moving and >2 years restoration work. We train, we work hard then relax with our loved ones like anybody else.
