- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing since all of our menus are custom made for each client and depend on the choices they make.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request for either event catering or personal chef services I like to begin with either a phone or in person meeting to go over the customers needs, wants, and tastes. this helps me put together a custom package for each individual and incorporate their input. After that I would send over some different menu options for them to review, once they have decided what they want I set up an in person meeting to sign the contract set up the payment plan, and depending on the event schedule a tasting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Shayda has a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in addition to several years of fine dining restaurant and banquet experience.
