- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is around $75, which is cheaper than most trainers, however this is just a baseline since some people want to train more and some just want to be driven that extra mile but not tuckered out. Depending on what you are asking the price my vary but the best way to know is just to talk to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel them out, I test them see what their good at and what they struggle on. For me the first day is just to get to know you and what your limitations then turn your weaknesses into your strengths.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Martial arts, Ving Tsun (the technique of Bruce Lee), Director of physical fitness and body comprehension, nutritional and health advisor, Certificate of physical education from the state of ohio, worked in 10 different gyms from adolescence to adulthood, 2-time army vet one war, one conflict, rescue scuba, track, X-country, CPR, aerobics, etc.
