- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set pricing for all of our equipment and labor. We have even gone as far as putting all of our pricing on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We think the first step in creating a great event is knowing what the customer wants. We talk with our clients to find out what there goals are and find out what they want the event to be, then we give our recommendations to fit within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is fully trained to produce any event. That being said each of our team members excel at specific things. If you order lights, we send our lighting technicians for the installation, if you need a sound system for a wedding, we send our audio tech.
