- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reservation available by phone 7 days a week; 24/7 by calling our local number A credit card is required to make a reservation ** Full Trip amount maybe charged at the time of Reservation ** We like to take the credit card info over the phone for privacy and security reasons. We will ask you to send us an email regarding your reservation with reservation details to make sure that the info you are providing is correct and also the email acts as a contract and we will reply to your email with conformation so both parties have corresponding emails.
