- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't want to lock people into packages or a time frame. If you would like to meet weekly, it's $85.00, if your want bi-weekly it's $110.00. Meeting bi-weekly will have a little more support though calls or emails to make sure you don't loose focus. Also, if you are not sure about this and what to just try it out, I offer the first 2 sessions for $75 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All people are different. There is no way I can offer the same service to every person. I take the person as they are, find what they need and what they are comfortable with, then start there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified life coach. I have also overcome with many issues my clients are dealing with like: Stress, time management, divorce, loss, financial complications, fear, rejection, emptiness,unemployment, and simply feeling lost. I can relate. It's much easier to get through these challenges with someone who understands and cares.I truly care!
