Physical training produces physical memories - not simply muscle memory but a psychophysical imprint, knowledge that is instinctual rather than intellectual. This is useful knowledge. That is how we train -- we trainthe whole aspect of the body. We attack the body 4 ways (1) nutrition (2) strength & condtioing (3) rehab & mobility (4) mentally. To be a complete human you need to be strong in all parts. I enjoy meeting new people and helping people achieve their goals and see them move better. That is the best part of my job.

I've been working with Mike and Pure Functional Movements for over 5 years. The work he's done with me has changed my life. I'm in better shape now than I was in my 30s. I'm in my mid 50s now and wish I'd started working with Mike before I did. If you're questioning if he knows what he's doing, I can tell you he definitely does.
