- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We develop custom packages based for on clients based on their needs and the services that will help them grow. Our websites are priced by size and scope and design requirements. We then can price the job accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after the customer identifies a need, we schedule a consultation to better understand their particular market, value proposition and unique selling position. Whether it is web design focusing on conversion or digital marketing, we start by better understanding the client's needs. After we learn more about the business, we develop a strategy (for a marketing clients) or begin following our 7 step web design process (Conversion Analysis, Planning, Design, Content Development, Coding/Development, Testing and Deployment). For Digital Marketing Clients we research terms people search to find their products or services and conduct our analysis. We use the data to development courses of action that deliver high ROI outcomes for the client. Some clients we recommend marketing automation, some just SEO and some PPC. It is unique for that particular industry and market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all of our clients so they can make updates to their site if they so choose. This includes videos and webinars until our clients are comfortable. We continue to manage sites for some clients as well. We also train and coach our clients through the implementation of marketing automation.
