I am experienced in working with the young and the elderly, as well as sedentary folks and athletes. I have a Master’s in Exercise Science and Physiology, therefore I apply scientifically proven methods to my program. ACE-CPT, USAW certified.

FYI - My sessions are individual, ~1 hour long and I focus on strength training which is the base of a healthy body, and for the long-term, as muscle dictates the cardiovascular response. Not just a quick, "sweat session."
