- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing however most one year personal tax returns usually start around $150. However, we do have some discounts and specials running! Check our website or just ask! $20 Referral Credits are applied to customer account. (Restrictions Apply)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation so that I can fully understand the issue and most importantly what the potential client expects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of Active Experience! I still work part time as a Tax Accountant for an international CPA firm with High Earners. Certified in Government Accounting and Private Accounting, Certified in International Business, Quickbooks for Mac, Quickbooks Pro and Premiere, Pro Advisor, Government Accounting classes (GAA 1&2), Peachtree/Sage Accounting, MSExcel, Stock Trading, Lean Six Sigma, and so much more.
