I gave 3 star because I am not completely satisfied with Mom and Son cleaning services. Pros: 1 Karrie arrived on time but that is after postponing my appointment from 12pm to 2pm on the same day. 2. Karrie and her son did good clean in the fridge, bath tub and toilet as I requested. Cons. 1. Everyone has their standard of “cleaniness” and I believe paying for 140 for 1 hour and 15 minutes of cleaning services will give me professional results. She originally said it is go to take 1.5 to 3 hours an the quality of being fast finishing the job is not what I expected. However Karrie did not clean those places I requested thoroughly. The floor was still dirty when she left and the cabinet of the sink still have dirt on them. Here is the picture I took after I used a swiffer after the job is done. I'm sorry you were not happy with our services. however, we asked you to walk through when finished and you did you opened every cabinet. I do this to ensure my clean is to your standard. howdver, you stated it was good and then leave a bad review. I pride myself in my customers opinions or I would not ask you to review my work. you had the opportunity at the clean to voice any concerns and for me to correct anything you felt was not to your standards prior to paying but, nothing was said and you then leave this. again, I'm sorry but, I wish you would have stated this when asked as you opened every cabinet and drawer while I was there and said clean was fine.

I'm sorry you felt job should take longer than it did. I apologized multiple times that my previous job took much longer than expected and I did call you prior to appointment to let you know my previous job was more in depth once we got there than we had originally scheduled. you stated it was okay so I thought you were fine with it. I pride myself in my customers being happy with my work as well as my communication. for these reasons that is why I contact my customers to give estimated time of arrival as well as asking them to walk the job when completed to ensure satisfied with work. you did have these opportunities to discuss with me at our meeting rather than saying job is good and leaving a horrible review. Again , I am sorry you feel this way but, wish you would of spoke up at our meeting when asked rather than doing this as it appears bad against my company .
