- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price on a per person basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them pick what they want for their event on the website, answer any questions they may have, send an invoice to be paid no later than one week before the event, place party order, show up with all party materials on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
