FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the things I absolutely love about my job is traveling across Columbus meeting people from all kinds of different backgrounds. The work is enjoyable, but the people keep the day entertaining and interesting. Being locally owned and operated brings us closer to the community we service and the people in those communities.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Sometimes emergency repair is required on a garage door whether it be springs breaking, doors crashing or any other number of issues arise. Many of these issues can be resolved with an inexpensive repair, but cosmetic issues like rips, tears, dents, and dings require either panels being replaced or the entire door altogether. If you are happy with the appearance and performance of your current door, the inexpensive repair may be the route for you. If you are unhappy with the appearance, color, features, or overall curb appeal of your door, replacing the door may be your desired option. Garage doors can range in price from a very reasonably priced noninsulated door to elegant, upper end carriage doors, wood doors on up. It is often a good idea to think over the options in advance of speaking to a garage door technician because this can be a difficult decision depending on your needs. While it can be a lot to consider, the process of replacing a door can be fun and many customers love the way a new door can drastically change the appearance of a home. Regardless of your situation, I wish you the best in the process and experience.
