EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and DETAILED REVIEW. Inspect my home did a very thorough inspection and I found out about all of the issues that the home I was purchasing had. The majority of issues were not major ones but just a few of the ones that the seller paid for more than made up for the inspection’s cost. Our inspector Frank had a great eye and even pointed out items that we would want to do maintenance on later. The service was very professional and he took the time to explain what he was seeing. That same evening he provided us with a detailed report that summarizes the entire inspection and important items at the beginning and a more detailed report including pictures of any items in need of repair. The report tells you why the item needs repair and how to follow up to repair the item. The report is very easy to read with clear descriptions even for someone that doesn't know much about home repairs. Overall they are a great inspection company and I highly recommend you give them a call if you are buying a new home.

They were quick to respond and get me scheduled. During the inspection he pointed out issues that he saw as well as suggesting some routine maintenance issues. I decided to go with someone completely separate from my realtor's list. I am glad I did and have already recommended them to a co-worker.

I think they did a great job. Never had an inspection before but process was super easy with them. Report was thorough, easy to read, and they saved me some $$$. Have to love that. I would hire again.

As a first time home buyer I picked an incredibly competitive year to buy a home. Looked at lots of houses, lost out on a few and then my offer was accepted. On to the home inspection. Frank did a great job making the inspection process easier than the house search had been. He took the time to explain the issues that he found and which ones were more urgent and which ones really maintenance related. I felt more confident in my decision walking into my closing. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the size of the home and not higher for more expensive houses. Most general inspections are 350 or less. 125 for radon testing w.inspection. Thermal imaging photos or wood destroying insect inspections can be added on for $ 75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client at the beginning of the inspection and answer questions about the process. They are encouraged to attend as much of the inspection that they are available. If they can't attend then I always make myself to review the results with my client when the report is completed to answer their questions. I want to make sure my clients are informed about their new homes needs and are comfortable with the decision that they are making.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Radon Safety Board certified and licensed Radon tester with Ohio. Certified by the Homespection Training Institute, one of the country's premier Home Inspection Schools, accredited by the state of Ohio and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Microbial and mold certification with the Dept of Health
