Larry, Roger and team are thoroughly professional and friendly. They finished our basement as per the contract and even did other work which is not in contract as well. They were very helpful and patient in talking to the city of Delaware to get all the required permits. The quality of work is great.

Called Larry and his team to help me rebuild a rotten front porch as it has become a hazard. I thought I can do it myself but when I saw the wood and beams were rotten I knew I needed professional help. Larry called me right away (from his hospital bed mind you) and got his team to assess that very same day. I must say the work was exemplary and the professionalism was top notch. I gave him a the team a conceptual vision and they delivered. Here are before and after pictures. Needles to say , but I will be calling them for my next big project. Revitalizing my deck in the spring.

I could not be happier with the quality of work Mr Larry and his crew did with my fence and miscellaneous projects around my house. Mr. Larry is very responsive to any messages or calls. I have dealt with a few contractors and literally wait for weeks for them to contact me back, but that was not the case with Mr. Larry. All the projects he did were priced reasonably and fair. He and his crew did the work quickly, cleaned up very well. They were all very professional and courteous and my fence and yard look amazing. Thank you Mr. Larry, I cannot wait to work with you on future projects!!

Understanding just what the customer is asking/wanting me to do. Most of my estimates are labor only I give a customer itemized labor bids whereas they can pick out the product that they want installed and purchase it, which helps them to be involved in the job they want completed

A lot of Hands-On training that can only be accomplished from the many years that I have been working, I am licensed for mold removal, pest control and have a contractors license.
