- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several packages half day scanning packages, custom designed albums availalbe in multiple sizes & prices available as well as custom slideshows. We also offer our hourly photo organizing rates are $70/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally have an informal meeting to discuss your project, goals & budget. Afterward, we create a summary of the meeting, create a contract & set up a timeline & deadline for the project to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kim & Tamara are certified members of the Association of Personal Photo Organizers (APPO), associate members of National Association of Professional Organizers. They have spoken at their national conference & taught photo organizing classes & management at libraries & Park & Recreation Centers.
