I'm fair and flexible with my pricing. I don't take advantage of people like big companies do
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate to make sure we're on the same page. building trust is important to me. Typically I will go over a game plan and explain how the job will be completed and the necessary actions that will take place
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a 2 year auto tech program in high school. I've worked for home improvement companies. I have been working on cell towers for 9 years. I've been learning and improving more as I go
