Shelby is a phenomenal trainer who brings enthusiasm and authenticity to her work. She is an incredibly accomplished athlete and competitor, but she made me (a complete beginner) feel at home and free to ask the silliest, most basic questions. She is skillful about knowing when to push and helps me realize I can do more than I ever imagined. Shelby is wonderful at connecting me not only to exercise, but to my nutritional and emotional well-being. With her mentorship, I’ve been able to adopt an intuitive, macros-based approach to nutrition, losing over 15% of my body fat and keeping it off for over a year. I’ve gained lean muscle mass and the confidence to run my first half marathon! As a young professional woman, I particularly recommend Shelby to those who feel like their physical health has fallen by the wayside and are looking to make a change.

I love training with Shelby! She pays great attention to your form. Her workouts can be catered to a specific part or to the entire body focused on increasing strength and stamina. We’ve covered different types of exercises in a short period, which makes it fun!

Working with Shelby has been amazing! She helps modify workouts if something doesn't work with you body, she doesn't let you give up, and pushes you to achieve your goals! In the past 4 weeks I have definitely pushed my body beyond what I thought I could do. She's fun, upbeat, and very personable!
