Mike is a great trainer! I have been training with him for over 6 months and plan to continue training with him! He has taught and shown me how to build my metabolism and how I can still enjoy some foods I love and not gain weight. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing varies based on how many sessions per week, if you purchase a bundle, or if you do group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to first figure out the customers metabolic rate. This allows me to see how many calories they can eat without gaining weight or losing weight. This then helps me figure out how to get you to the results you want. Knowing this number helps me develop a specific workout plan for each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have my Fitness Nutrition Specialization through NASM.
