Excellent experience, start to finish. Chris and his team were communicative, courteous, informative, available on short notice, competitively priced, arrived on time and, most importantly: went above and beyond in our expectations of the finished result. We wanted a quick overall clean of an apartment we’d lived in for three years (with dog). The result was a spotless dwelling from top to bottom in under 5 hours. The walls, floors, kitchen appliances & cabinets, all bathroom fixtures, ceiling fans were closely detailed. The recycling bins were wiped out, and even the dryer lint trap had been cleaned! Small details like that go a long way. And the stairs/foyer hadn’t been included in the quote, but were done anyway. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

After not cleaning for almost 3 months, I called Espinosa Professional Cleaning to schedule a move out cleaning of my apartment. Call it disgusting, or lazy if you want. Anyhow, on the day of the cleaning, Chris and his team showed up on time, cleaned for almost 7 hours even though I only scheduled and paid for 4, and left the apartment in immaculate condition. When I asked Chris if I would be charged for the additional time it took for him and his team to clean, he said "No! We contracted for 4 hours, that's what you paid for and we will always stand by our commitment, our commitment to provide our customers the highest level of care no matter how long that takes. You owe us nothing else." WOW! I highly recommend this company for its honesty and commitment to its customers and if you want to get your deposit back upon move out. I did!
