FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is its owe entity. It really depends on what the customer is wanting completed. It also depends on the time it takes to get it done. for example... if you are cleaning a really greasy stove, it takes a bit of elbow grease to get it looking brand new. Grease is extremely hard to clean. If there is suck on food, burnt food, me as a cleaner- I have to scrape and recleaning the area... it just depends on the jobs. And someone with my experience, you have to care about what your project looks like, an take pride in the job you do. it's the cleaner's reputation at hand. You pay for the job you get in return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is the initial contact. I ask for a meeting to look at the job an give an estimate to the customer. We agree or disagree to the terms, if we agree I schedule a date an time to begin work. I start the project... If it's a lengthy job, I send pictures of our work, an I communicate everyday, where we stand on the steps of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working with my auntie, she taught me as a young adult how to clean as a professional. She taught me how to clean my first stove, an how to make it look brand new. It was her, that gave me the love of cleaning.
