My son absolutely loves working with Joel! My son has been diagnosed with high functioning autism and can sometimes have difficulty relating to people. But he tells me Joel is kind and easy to work with. He says Joel is an excellent teacher and gives him lots of encouragement. I believe the instruction he is receiving is building his confidence. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are $115 per month, and there are discounts for multiple students or hour lessons. This fee includes a weekly half hour lesson, monthly group lessons, recital opportunities, and more. Also, ask about any current promotions that are running!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out what makes you excited about piano (and music in general). If you've never played before, we'll start from the basics and make sure you get to playing something you enjoy quickly. If you are already experienced, I want to make sure we are preparing you for whatever your music goals may be; whether that means building on what you've already learned, or going in an exciting new direction!
